iPhone Game Engine Workshop

Introducing Game Development Process and demonstrating how Unity Game Engine can be used in game development in particular on iPhone game development. An in-dept overview of the game engine will also be included in the workshop by showing real project of game development projects. The whole class uses the power of Unity in associated with 3D animation package which will be used for producing contents for the games.

• How to create you assets correctly and Importing 3D assets from 3max, Maya and xsi
• Terrain Creation
• Creating a First Person Shooter Game (Assets Setup)
• Introduction to basic scripting
• Creating a shooter game
• Saving Player Data
• Exporting to web and standalone

Day 2
• Creating a 3rd person game
• Creating a side scroller
• Creating an iPhone Game
• Game Optimization

Day 3
• Advanced Programming
• How to setup AI in-game
• Overview on Multi Player games
• Loading libraries
