TOGAF in Practice

Enterprise Architecture provides you the platform to view across the organisation from a holistic perspective regardless of its size and position.
Understanding what there is within an organization is critical, as it is then possible to create the alignment of business and IT. Such capability means that the company can now prioritize much of its business process, business functions and goals, rather than just working from the underlying applications and technology components.
TOGAF is a major EA framework. It provides the methodology to customise the EA framework and improve your organization business maturity capability and where its transformation can lead you and your organization for the better.

Presentation Contents

  • IT Architecture in a Business Management Context.
  • Enterprise Architecture and the Business Context
  • TOGAF and Business Management
  • The TOGAF Architecture Development method (ADM)
  • Capability based planning
  • Applying the ADM at different Enterprise levels
